Our Pre-K students are learning the needed skills and reaching developmental goals that will be essential when they move on to kindergarten. Some of those goals include but are not limited to.
Develop verbal language skills; communicate needs and feelings.
Learn to play cooperatively with others; share and use acceptable manners.
Identify letters, associating letters with letter sounds.
Understand time concepts (months, weeks, days, before and after)
Demonstrate confidence in fulfilling their own needs.
Independent reading.
Writing to communicate ideas.
Number knowledge, operations, measuring, and geometry.
