Our Pre-K students are learning the needed skills and reaching developmental goals that will be essential when they move on to kindergarten. Some of those goals include but are not limited to. 

  • Develop verbal language skills; communicate needs and feelings.
  • Learn to play cooperatively with others; share and use acceptable manners.
  • Identify letters, associating letters with letter sounds.
  • Understand time concepts (months, weeks, days, before and after)
  • Demonstrate confidence in fulfilling their own needs.
  • Independent reading.
  • Writing to communicate ideas.
  • Number knowledge, operations, measuring, and geometry.
  • Using the scientific method to study the world.
